Control System
The Arvotec Control System is a fully integrated feeding, measurement and alarm system. Feed amounts are automatically calculated separately to each tank according to automatically updated biomass data, incoming water temperature and oxygen content.
The system is easy to use with a menu driven display in control unit or an optional MS Windows based PC-connection.
Technical specifications:
• 24 VDC power
• 8, 16, 24 or 32 independent feeder channels per control unit
• Max. 30 control units in one system = 960 channels
• Max. length of the communication net = 1 km
• 6 measurement inputs per control unit
• 4 digital sensors inputs (e.g. level switch circuits) and 2 alarm /control outputs per control unit
• Basic program version available where the operator can directly enter feed amount / tank
Options:
• MS Windows based PC-connection for logging and control, radio link
• Automatic feeder line supervision system above relaycards (see below) enables easy fault identification through LED indicators
